HOW DOES IT WORK ?
First thing we want to do is make sure your employees know who has treated them to this once in a lifetime event, so we will insist that everyone wears your company's branding on their shirts. (This will make sense later)

We also travel to you as, if we can, we want to make sure we take every opportunity to have your branding in any captured media.
​
We'll spend the morning teaching your employees "Theatrical Combat" - basically how they fight in the movies, learning Kung-fu, European Longsword and Kendo. While this is going on, we teach your team how to "unpack" information.
​
This is a unique skill that has so much impact in teams today as it eliminates people "falling through the cracks" when taking on new information. People have a tendency to teach in one style - theirs, so this provides teams with the ability to explain things to teams, allowing all to move ahead together on a level playing field.

Then your team will learn a choregraphed fight and perform it in a real-life film set situation. Many takes from multiple angles which leads to a professional video of co-workers battling to the death in a Star Wars style duel.

This process forges an incredible bond and trust among teams that could not be gained through any conventional means. Employees need to learn to trust their co-worker won't mess up and hit them on the fingers, but we'll be focusing on muscle memory and clever theatrical techniques which limit the chances of this considerably.
